HTTP header of request packet

Request packets have referrer field but sometimes there are like this "[truncated] Referrer" Does [truncated] shows something?

wut? Could you elaborate a bit? Are you using Wireshark to capture network traffic and you can see [truncated]? Do you see this somewhere in some crazy web analytics software? The HTTP header consists only of text so there is no truncated bits in there, only the way you look at it is truncating something (or the webserver).
I am using wireshark. Can you tell me what is it?most of them are Ads which has this condition.
