Hammock still a good REST client to use?

Hi all a few years back i used Hammock for .net C# as a REST client for integration into Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. I've noticed the GitHub page for Hammock (https://github.com/danielcrenna/hammock) hasn't been updated for a while and doesn't seem very active. So is Hammock still a good REST client to use or are there some more recent up to date client libraries out there?

FYI this is for a new project which i need to consume Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+ API's

Each of those sites have their own API library for every imaginable language. Don't reinvent the wheel.
